Master Service Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, engaging our consulting services, or executing a formal agreement with SATTVASHTHA Advisory LLP ('Firm'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, site visitors, and counterparties engaging our Environmental, Business Advisory, Risk, and Digital Transformation practice.
2. Scope of Advisory Services
Our services encompass Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental Management Plans (EMP), statutory clearance facilitation, corporate restructuring, risk management, and digital transformation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual statements of work (SOW) or engagement letters executed between the Firm and the Client.
3. Client Responsibilities & Data Accuracy
The Client warrants that all technical specifications, site data, land usage documentation, and operational metrics provided to SATTVASHTHA Advisory LLP are accurate, complete, and legally compliant. The Firm relies on client-provided data for analytical assessments and statutory filings.
4. Intellectual Property & Work Product
All proprietary advisory methodologies, technical frameworks, diagnostic templates, and customized software tools developed by SATTVASHTHA Advisory LLP remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Firm. Upon full payment of agreed fees, the Client receives a non-exclusive license to use project-specific final reports for their intended operational purpose.
5. Fee Structure & Payment Terms
Invoices are issued in accordance with milestone schedules outlined in the engagement agreement. Payments are due within the timeframe specified on each invoice. Outstanding balances may accrue statutory interest or result in suspension of consulting activities.
6. Limitation of Liability & Statutory Approvals
While SATTVASHTHA Advisory LLP prepares all environmental filings and advisory reports with rigorous technical standard and statutory fidelity, final approval of environmental clearances, licenses, or regulatory permits rests entirely with government regulatory bodies (e.g., MoEFCC, SPCB). The Firm shall not be liable for regulatory delays or decisions beyond its reasonable control.
7. Termination of Engagement
Either party may terminate an advisory engagement by providing written notice as specified in the service contract. Upon termination, the Client shall settle all outstanding fees for professional work completed up to the effective termination date.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
